Of Dollar clubhouse to create a multi-functional space to include cafe/resturant, shop & workspaces at the heart of the community. Ethically & locally sourced produce, improved parking, facilities and access.
Remodelling
Of Dollar golf course to blend with phased & low-impact inclusion of hill-side, off-grid cabins for retreat stays. Improving and building nature tourism opportunities within Dollar and the surrounding countryside.
Rewilding
Integrating nature positive planting and habitat creation into the development project to create rich and diverse tree, plant and animal habitats. Continued management schemes and education platforms.
